Sponsorship

Theatre of the Rockies, a federally exempt 501(c)(3) organization, is officially opening the door to sponsorship partners for its upcoming Hawaiian Island Tour of the John Denver Project this December. This multi‑island Christmas concert series—featuring the Rocky Mountain High Experience® starring Rick Schuler—brings John Denver’s timeless spirit of nature, harmony, and holiday warmth to Kauaʻi, Oʻahu, Maui, and the Big Island.

 

A Celebration of Music, and Community

Theatre of the Rockies has long championed uplifting, family‑friendly performing arts, and this holiday tour honors John Denver’s legacy of music, environmental stewardship, compassion, and connection. With five performances across four islands during Christmas week, the tour will reach local families, visitors, conservation supporters, and longtime Denver fans.

To make this statewide holiday experience possible, Theatre of the Rockies is inviting mission‑aligned partners to join as sponsors.

 

Sponsorship Opportunities

Each island presents unique logistical needs, and the organization is seeking support in several key areas:

  • Air Travel — Roundtrip Mainland and Inter‑island flights for performers and crew

  • Hotel Rooms — Three rooms per night per island for touring personnel

  • Rental Cars — Local transportation on each island for equipment and staff

  • Christmas Trees — Holiday décor for each venue to create a warm, festive atmosphere on stage.
     

These sponsorships directly support the tour’s ability to bring high‑quality holiday programming to communities across Hawaiʻi while keeping the event accessible and family‑friendly.​​
