Holly McWilliams
Durango, CO
Holly McWilliams grew up with a suitcase in one hand and a spotlight in the other. From middle school through college, she crisscrossed the United States and Canada in tour buses, vans, and airplanes, performing in national touring productions that shaped her artistic instincts and sharpened her craft. Life on the road became her classroom, teaching her how to thrive in both intimate musical performances and large-scale theatrical spectacles.
After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, she transitioned from performing onstage to shaping young artists in the classroom, spending seven years teaching middle school theatre before advancing to a Theatre Tech instructor role at a dynamic 5A high school. Her career later led her to Colorado, where she joined Rail Events—a national theatrical production company responsible for producing and licensing The Polar Express experience across the United States. Today, she contributes to creating that cherished holiday tradition as well as the newly launched Harry Potter: Hogwarts Express Adventure, continuing her lifelong commitment to bringing immersive, magical experiences to audiences of all ages.

Bill Flowers
Mobile, AL
Bill Flowers’ journey through the entertainment world reads like a whirlwind tour across American media history. He stepped into broadcasting at just 13 years old, launching his career in 1969 and quickly becoming a familiar voice in markets from Mobile to New Orleans, Atlanta to Los Angeles, Dallas to Phoenix, Louisville to Memphis, and Nashville. Over the decades, he mastered every on‑air radio shift imaginable and held key leadership roles including Program Director, Music Director, News Director, and Production Director. His expertise eventually expanded into television, serving as IT Manager for WALA FOX 10 in Mobile and later becoming Director of National Drone Operations for Meredith Corporation, overseeing drone programs in 17 major‑market TV stations. He also led two national airborne broadcasting networks—Skyview Broadcasting Network and Eagle Broadcasting Network—as VP of Operations. His voice has echoed across thousands of commercials worldwide, and his programming insight has made him a sought‑after consultant throughout the industry.
Flowers’ creative reach extends deep into the recording industry, where he excelled in studio production, engineering, and management. He founded Bay Recording Studio in Mobile, the largest multi‑track facility between New Orleans and Atlanta, and worked at the legendary Radio Recorders in Hollywood. He taught seminars on Pro Tools, Nuendo, and Cubase, engineered and produced numerous albums, and created television projects for artists such as Foreigner, Styx, Cinderella, Ozzy Osbourne, Amy Grant, Wayne Watson, Truth, John Purdell, Mr. Big, Quiet Riot, and Randy Stonehill. His long‑running production partnership with John Purdell added yet another layer to his multifaceted career. Along the way, he produced music videos, managed artists, and served as a publicist.
His technical abilities reach far beyond entertainment. In the computer and IT world, Bill worked as a Level 3 engineering support specialist with IBM and built a reputation in web management, PC/server design, and troubleshooting.
And then there’s aviation—another field where Bill soared. He is a licensed private pilot with more than 5,000 flight hours, as well as a certified Part 107 UAV pilot for commercial drone operations.
Today, Bill continues to wear multiple hats: IT Administrator for WALA FOX 10, Director of Drone Operations for Meredith Broadcasting, music producer for WALA’s Studio 10, manager for Even Still, and Media Director for Luke 4:18 Fellowship in Mobile.
His career has earned him numerous honors, including serving as VP of Promotions for Jackal Records in Hollywood, receiving an FBI citation for investigative reporting, earning an IBM Means Service Award, and winning international songwriting awards for jingles—along with a long list of regional and national advertising accolades.

Tim Ward
Pensacola, FL
Tim Ward has spent a lifetime weaving himself through the soundtrack of the Southeast. He began behind the microphone—an announcer and DJ for stations across the region, including Mobile’s powerhouse country station KSJ—before rising to station manager at a thriving Christian radio outlet, where he flourished in leadership roles throughout Florida and Alabama.
Eventually, Tim stepped away from radio and, together with his wife, built a small retail empire: a chain of record and apparel stores spanning Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida. As the industry evolved, they shifted fully into apparel, then reinvented themselves again by opening a pair of successful frozen‑yogurt shops in the Pensacola area.
Through every chapter, one passion never faded—concert promotion. It remains his favorite pastime, and he’s still actively bringing live music to audiences today.
